Cindy Taylor has over 20 years of experience in Financial, Telecom, and Professional Services corporate offices helping leaders and their employees meet the challenges of a business world that are constantly changing. She has extensive experience in organizational change efforts of all types ranging from individual coaching and small team interventions to enterprise-wide technology implementations and organizational transformation initiatives.
Cindy is passionate about driving continuous improvement within organizations, teams, and individuals and facilitating sustainable impact. Her clients range from global financial services firms, CUNY, and NYC DCAS to non-profit organizations like CUP, HACE, and NANBPWC, and includes middle to senior-level leaders across many industries.
During her long tenure at UBS, Cindy lead run-the-bank functions and change-the-bank initiatives including the branding and organizational enablement for the firm’s first learning management system in the U.S., establishing a viable regional logistics function composed of both Wealth Management and Investment Banking resources, leading the effort of normalizing logistics services globally, and developing employee engagement strategies and interventions post major organization and cultural shifts. Cindy also chaired the HR Shared Services Americas Employee Engagement Committee comprised of HR Function Heads and was a member of the HR Talent & Mobility Committee. She was also a founding steering committee member of the firm’s first Black and Hispanic employee network. After leaving UBS, Cindy went on to join Verizon’s first Change team and partnered with campus facilities leaders to support the organizations’ multi-phased transformation of their sprawling NJ home office location into a new open space work environment. At KPMG, she helped increase employee adoption of an internal social media platform before launching Full Extent Coaching and Consulting in 2015.
