Damon entered the financial services profession focusing on retirees, families and business owners. For over three decades, Damon has utilized his unique listening skills, experience and training to assist others in crafting strategies to manage risk, control taxes and make informed financial decisions.

Damon, Co-Founder of OnMark Asset Management, is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and served as the NW Oregon President in 1992. A Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and Top of the Table qualifier, Damon has served on the SAFECO Insurance Regional Advisory Council as well as the Symetra Investment Services President's Advisory Council.

Recognized as the principal of local fundraiser for Operation Hope, a global nonprofit organization promoting financial literacy in low-wealth communities. Volunteers with Banking On Our Future and the Financial Beginnings programs.
