Daniel Chin is the CEO of Juici Patties and the driving force behind the brand’s expansion beyond Jamaica. As the son of founder Jukie Chin, he grew up watching Juici Patties become the island’s largest restaurant chain. Now, he’s leading the effort to introduce the beloved Jamaican patty to the U.S., starting with a fast-growing presence in South Florida.

Since joining the company a decade ago, Daniel has helped Juici Patties expand to over 70 locations worldwide and grow its workforce from 1,300 to 1,900 employees. He also spearheaded a major shift in customer service, believing that great experiences start with empowered employees. With plans to open a new location every month, Daniel’s vision is clear—make Juici Patties a household name in the U.S. while staying true to the brand’s Jamaican roots.
