Daniel is the Business Information Security Officer at Vanguard. He has spent the majority of his professional career advising Fortune 500 companies as well as startups on all things cyber security including security strategy and transformation, risk management, implementation and compliance with various regulations and standards (e.g., HITRUST, FDA 510k, NIST CSF/800-53, SWIFT Cyber Security Programme, CIS, Canada OSFI, etc.) Most recently, Daniel serves as the BISO for Vanguard's Institutional Investor Group (IIG) where he provides leadership with security subject matter expertise and advisement on various business and technology initiatives.
