Bio

HR Business Partner Director turned HR Content Creator. (DanFromHR). I've been an HR BP for companies like WebMD, Epic Games, Electronic Arts and Spotify and have been hired as a consultant in the F500 and FAANG organizations. Since HRBPs design organizational models, I create a lot of content about how things like hiring, interviews, compensation, training and even firings work from the inside.

Though I make a great deal of content on job search, I'm also experienced in talking about how businesses function from the people lense and some of my favorite passion areas are Organizational Design, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Coaching and Performance Management
