Danielle Stepien
Proven technical executive in the aerospace, defense, and tech industries. I am a passionate and driven leader, engineer, and innovator. I earned a master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Tech, and I currently serve as the President of Igniter Engineering, a specialized engineering firm that provides hardware and software integration, cybersecurity, and management solutions to our clients.
My mission is to ignite the potential of people, projects, and organizations through strategic vision, technical excellence, and collaborative partnerships. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked in different roles and sectors, from software engineering at Boeing to supply chain management at SpaceX.
I also currently serve as a board member on the Georgia Tech Aerospace Systems Design Laboratory (ASDL) External Advisory Board (EAB).
