Daria Erina is a Managing Director of Linked Helper. She joined Linked Helper soon after the project was born, and became the first customer support agent. Over the 6 years that followed, Daria helped:
- hire and train Customer Support team
- introduced performance assessment procedure
- created 50+ video tutorials /(scenario, filming, editing) for product training
- touched off the practice of weekly demo webinars for new clients that continue to go live every Friday for 2 years now
She’s on a mission to make the Linked Helper’s complex interface feel like a piece of cake to new and existing customers, specifically by creating high-quality video content for product training.
Daria’s background includes working for a major consulting firm, an insurance company, and an optical retailer in roles of Executive assistant, reinsurance specialist, and a language trainer.
