Dave Brackett is the Senior Vice President of Property Operations at Milhaus. Dave is responsible for building and leading Milhaus’ property management division across all operational functions including financial performance, leasing, marketing, maintenance, compliance and employee and resident satisfaction. He plays a critical role ensuring scalable, best-in-class execution among Milhaus’ future projected portfolio and geographic growth.
