David Gillespie
Having worked in financial services and consulting for over 20 years, David brings a wealth of experience to his clients. But sometimes the most important contribution he makes is providing perspective, pragmatism, and a healthy dose of common sense. He heads up Oliver Wyman’s businesses in the UK & Ireland and leads the Financial Services and Organizational Effectiveness practices in the region. He works with a large team of partners and consultants advising banks on strategic, organizational, and regulatory challenges and opportunities. David is an expert in bringing together people from diverse backgrounds with different ways of thinking to creatively solve clients’ toughest, most complex challenges.
