David P. Zito | Source | Chief Growth Officer at Guidehouse

Dave Zito is Guidehouse’s chief growth officer. With more than 30 years of management consulting experience collaborating with integrated healthcare systems, public and private teaching institutions, academic medical centers, faculty practice plans, and community hospitals, his expertise lies in system reconfiguration, performance improvement, cost reduction, and post-merger integration.

In light of the anticipated shift to value-based care, much of Dave's recent work has been focused on strategic repositioning of assets — helping organizations determine how they want to position themselves in the market and how they want to compete in the changing reimbursement environment. In addition, he is supporting healthcare executives as they assess where to best position their organizations on the risk continuum and in implementing a risk strategy.
