As the former CEO of three banks, David has years of high level experience in the banking sector, completed by the financial knowledge gained throughout 10 years of work at McKinsey. Understanding the process of building the ultra-modern bank from scratch – notably Inteligo in Poland and Equa in the Czech Republic – he recognised an opportunity of making small payments profitable by transforming existing transaction technology - something that the current banks can’t do. David believes that the blockchain technology that can lower banking costs even by 90 percent opens up the access to the 2.5 billion unbanked customers and more than 100 million underbanked sole entrepreneurs – making up a potential billion-dollar market.
