David Tracz, AIA, LEED AP, is a partner at Washington D.C.-based, multidisciplinary architecture and design firm, //3877. As co-founder, David is a recognized leader in the D.C. small-business community and design industry at-large. With a strong, diverse portfolio of recently completed F&B projects in collaboration with leading brands such as Cracked Eggery, Maman, and KNEAD Hospitality + Design, David is committed to providing innovative and creative designs to enhance and enrich the lives of clients, partners and communities. Prior to launching //3877, David was a senior associate at OPX and one of the leaders in its hospitality studio. After working on several hotel projects, he served as project manager on the Courtyard Marriott in Chevy Chase, Maryland – a Gold LEED® candidate – the only Gold LEED® hotel in Montgomery County (MD) and one of the first for Marriott. He also managed a full rebranding effort for Marriott’s Fairfield Inn & Suites.
