Dean is a Certified Public Accountant with eleven years of experience covering financial accounting and reporting, budgeting, forecasting, process improvement/creation, and systems enhancements. Prior to joining ScaleNorth Advisors, Dean served as Assistant Controller for C2 Wireless and Accessories LLC. While there, Dean supervised the accounting and human resources functions. Some of Dean’s contributions included partnering with the IT team to develop, integrate and launch several Netsuite enhancements including webforms, saved searches, real-time analytics and reporting dashboards, automated reporting as well as developing a solution that allowed applying cash receipts for thousands of customer invoices with a push of a button. At PHFE, Dean was the assistant project manager for an organization-wide Oracle implementation and contributed to several enhancements.
