Everything Diana does is about helping people to push past trauma and adversities, and to train their brain to believe in new opportunities and possibilities! She believes young people and adults can rise above their circumstances, accept challenges as they come, be resilient, thrive, and stay committed to living their very best life.

The way she helps people rise above their circumstances is by creating strategies and products that are beautifully inspiring, simple to implement, and positively contagious.

And she has a school care strategy called RISE (risewithdiana.com). Perhaps you may be interested in implementing this strategy at your school.

She has extensive executive level corporate and non-profit experiences. Diana is becoming the leading expert in Social Justice and Integrative Health Coaching and Advocacy in high schools, colleges, and organizations. She supports people who work in the "helps" profession (such as educators, counselors, community health workers, social workers) in their self-care and personal advocacy efforts. She also conducts legal advocacy.

She offers professional development to school districts and organizations seeking to evaluate, examine, and/or modify current practices to be more responsive to the vital clients they serve.

Diana speaks to business professionals to help them “Find Their Why” through their own personal story to better serve and mentor others. Her autobiography, Inspiration in My Shoes, helps her share how she was able to push past trauma, adversities, and abuse to find my why and serve others.

She currently serve on the University of Toledo Health and Human Services Advisory Board (to improve the human condition), the Paralegal Advisory Board, and the newly formed Toledo Public School Districts (TPS) Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee.
