Dillon Freeman, CFA, is an experienced financial professional in the banking, commercial lending, and real estate lending space. He has held roles in credit, special assets, portfolio management, and relationship management in commercial, residential, and retail financing spaces.

Dillon became a Chartered Financial Analyst in 2022 as part of his desire to become a well-rounded financial professional with knowledge across asset classes and investment strategies. Most recently, Dillon was VP and Relationship Manager in the Lender Finance division of Pacific Premier Bank, a $20 billion regional bank based in Irvine, CA.

Currently, Dillon is a Managing Partner at LBC Capital, a real estate investment manager with a 12-year operating history in its flagship real estate debt fund.
