  • On managing businesses:

"Sometimes it's better to think less and do more. We usually have little information at the beginning of our journey and in business, you're often solving problems with incomplete data. The key is to start, gather feedback as you move, and be willing to adjust your path based on what you learn."

"It's difficult to start a business when you know the statistics. What helps me is focusing on positive strategies that increase survival likelihood and knowing when to pivot. When it's clear a startup isn't taking off, don't 'flog a dead horse' for too long. The main challenge is recognising the right moment to change direction."

  • On a positive company culture:
"Your company's attitude becomes its altitude. When leadership is genuinely enthusiastic and is strategically optimistic it creates a magnetic effect that naturally attracts high-calibre talent. Happy employees are more energized and more productive."
