Donnebra is an innovative Thought Leader and strategic Business Partner who has dedicated more than 17 years at Ceridian to cultivating consciously unbiased and intentionally inclusive leaders. She is a Doctoral Student in strategic leadership at Carolina University. Donnebra also established a non-profit organization, Leaders are Readers, supporting literacy in the Tampa Bay area.
