Dr. Parnia brings more than 30 years of experience performing a variety of successful roles at four different academic institutions as a faculty member, Campus Dean, Vice-President of Marketing and Enrollment, Executive Vice-President, Provost, and President.
He specializes in crafting innovative and scalable solutions and matrices to enable exponential revenue increases for academic institutions. He has also created leadership programs and taught management and business courses at leading institutions.
He currently heads the US business of M Square Media (MSM), an international education provider that builds global and in-country offices, manages agents, and provides business development and marketing solutions to higher education institutions for increased international enrollment.
The border closures have affected industries across the board and the international education industry has been one of the hardest-hit sectors. This year, the health crisis has radically cut international student enrollment in US colleges and universities, as expected.
The opening of brick-and-mortar colleges and universities in fall 2020 will present a challenge due to the absence of a vaccine for COVID-19.
