Caitlin Aguiar, MD | Source | Staff Psychiatrist at Talkiatry

Dr. Aguiar is a board-certified adult psychiatrist. She received her medical degree from St. George's University and went on to start her residency training at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh where she was chief resident. Dr. Aguiar completed her training at Northwell's Staten Island University Hospital. Her mental health care incorporates a holistic approach while treating clients to facilitate healing and wellness. Dr. Aguiar incorporates non-pharmaceutical interventions to supplement medication management including, but not limited to, mindfulness, breathwork, CBT, DBT, and supportive therapy in 30-minute sessions.
