Erin is an expert in nutrition, metabolic biochemistry, and associated diseases including obesity and diabetes. At Shaklee, Erin is responsible for translating science into an innovation pipeline. She is involved throughout the innovation life cycle, from strategy, to the development of decision logic, data analytics to optimize and test logic, and the development and launch of both physical and digital products.

Erin has her PhD in Nutritional Biochemistry from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, her MS in Clinical Research from Indiana University and her MS In Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Georgetown University.
