1. Making Compuseum Real
If I had not been able to obtain at least 100 members, the museum idea would fail.
I proposed a talk highlighting the significance of UPenn’s Moore Hall in developing the ENIAC.
I collected information about the history of the ENIAC to focus the keynote address on the creator of the ENIAC.
The Compuseum idea took shape and became solvent, exceeding the goal of obtaining 100 supporters and friends of the museum.

2. Registration Nightmare
If not corrected, this situation would've continued causing lost revenue, lower class attendance, and interrupted faculty in their class time.
I arranged to minimize class disruption by providing faculty a list of advisees when class first met.
Minimizing class disruption I arranged for academic staff stations to accommodate advisees as they arrived for class. Lines formed as in a grocery store or in a bank to pitch-in for any overflow.
Students were not rushed, received excellent advising, and 100% of the students were serviced.
