Jayanta is the Chief Research Officer and Executive Vice President at Verisk. He is responsible for the strategic direction and management of the research and modeling group. Under Jayanta's leadership, the group has developed a global suite of models for assessing and managing extreme risk from both natural and man-made perils, continually pushing the boundaries of the state-of-the-science. He also provides strategic input into the team’s future direction in conventional and emerging areas of growth.
