Dr. Liz Kofman-Burns, PhD | Source | Co-Founder and Co-CEO at Peoplism

Liz is the Co-founder and Co-CEO of Peoplism. She is a recovering academic (sociologist) with over a decade of experience studying and implementing high-impact DEIB solutions. Her work has appeared in venues from Tech Crunch and Inc. to Psychological Inquiry and Behavioral Scientist, and she previously translated research into software at HR tech start-up Talent Sonar. Liz's passion for bridging the gap between research and the workplace inspired her to co-found Peoplism, and give companies seeking to make progress on DEIB the high-touch help they need.
