She excels at applying her strategic insights and scientific expertise to solve complex challenges across various domains.

With over two decades of experience, Dr. Wallace has led transformative initiatives in the government, commercial, and nonprofit sectors. Her SEAM framework (Snapshot, Envision, Act, Measure) is featured in her 2023 Amazon bestseller, The SEAM Framework: Achieving Organizational Transformation in 4 Steps, a practical tool designed to facilitate small business digital transformation.
