As a licensed Veterinarian, I understand conventional medicine. Homeopathy offers a viable alternative in truly curing pets & making their bodies healthier. Dr. Michael Dym is a small animal veterinarian who is holistically oriented and believes in providing natural treatments including homeopathy, vaccine alternatives, and nutritional and dietary therapy, if possible, before using strong conventional drugs. Dr. Dym has over 26 years of experience and is dedicated to enhancing the overall health and well-being of pets. His commitment and passion for pet health continuously drives him to learn more about the art and science of homeopathy through ongoing training and education.
Dr. Dym is a Presidential Scholar graduate of Cornell University. At Cornell, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Animal Science in 1986. His veterinary degree came from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania, where he was a top graduate. Dr. Dym has been treating pets since 1991. Dr. Dym is one of 250 veterinarians in the United States trained in classical veterinary homeopathy by Richard Pitcairn, DVM, PhD. He is an active member of the Academy of Veterinary Homeopathy and the American Holistic Veterinary Medical Association. He also offers progressive integrative conventional veterinary medicine.
Dr. Eva Armfield of Patchogue Animal Hospital used a medically inappropriate… high dose combination sedative… as well as failed to recognize and adequately evaluate Taro on multiple opportunities following the severe reaction to the combination sedatives. Because of these delays in timely diagnosis and treatment, Taro not only suffered needlessly, but lost any chance at emergency stabilization attempts that could have saved her life.30 January 2022
