Dr. Randy Martin is an accomplished cardiologist, academic, medical correspondent, and consumer educator. His extensive medical career includes training at Emory University School of Medicine and Stanford University Medical Center. Since then, he has held faculty and clinical staff positions at many prestigious universities and medical centers, including the University of Virginia Medical School and Mayo Medical School and Clinic. Dr. Martin returned to Emory University School of Medicine in 1989 as Professor of Medicine and Director of the Non-Invasive Cardiology Lab, a position he held until 2009.
