As head of partnerships at For the Win Robotics, Sally Creel brings over 30 years of K-12 experience and passion for educational innovation. She’s dedicated to building dynamic connections that propel our partners to the forefront of education. With a creative mindset and collaborative spirit, Sally thrives on helping partners find innovative ways to engage students and teachers. Sally champions equity in STEM education, empowering students—especially young women and underrepresented groups—to confidently explore these fields. Her vision is to create a future where all students see themselves as capable contributors to the ever-evolving landscape of science and technology. Sally has a proven track record of successful STEM learning initiatives. For nearly two decades, she spearheaded science and STEM programs for the 23rd largest school district in the US. Her work led to the development of thriving, self-sustaining STEM ecosystems. Sally’s collaborations extend beyond the K-12 space, as she has partnered with prestigious organizations like the National Science Teachers Association and Smithsonian on publications. Sally earned her Doctor of Education in Teacher Leadership from Kennesaw State University.
