Dylan Balicki is a born-and-raised Michigander (yes, that's the word for people from Michigan) who brought his talents to NYC in hopes of expanding his influence in the fitness industry. He is a Regional Fitness Director, educator, and group fitness coach with more than seven years of experience in the group fitness world. Additionally, he is a former men's physique bodybuilding competitor.
Having grown up as the youngest member of a very large and competitive family, Dylan started his journey as an athlete at a young age. Immersed in sports from childhood, he embodies this experience in his training approach and coaching style. While he may be a coach to many, he often considers himself a student of health and fitness, driven by an insatiable hunger to constantly learn something new.
As a coach, Dylan seeks to help you find ways to achieve your best on any given day. His goal is to empower you to accomplish what you once thought was impossible and to help you realize that the only limits on your life are the ones you impose on yourself. Many people adopt a "I'll believe it when I see it" attitude; however, Coach Dylan prefers to see life as "You'll see it when you believe it!" Not only does he help transform his clients' bodies, but he is also deeply committed to assisting people in transforming their minds and thought processes.
