Elizabeth has 30 years of experience in line, consulting, and corporate human resource roles for global and U.S. organizations. She takes a data-informed, business-aligned, and integrated approach to solve people, talent, and culture challenges. Elizabeth has broad expertise in people/talent strategy; talent acquisition; diversity, equity and inclusion; change enablement; culture; employee experience; leadership; and coaching, facilitation, and training. She advises Boards, executive teams, and organizations across multiple industries, including financial services, professional services, technology, biopharmaceutical and health care, real estate, media, and advertising. She is a published thought leader who inspires individuals, teams, and organizations to deliver sustainable impact and return on investment. Elizabeth graduated from Wellesley College with honors with a B.A. in Economics and French. She also has a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Certification from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.
