Dr. Elliot Pearson earned his medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and graduated with research distinction for his work on critical congenital heart disease screening in infants. He completed his pediatric residency at the University of Miami / Jackson Memorial Hospital and his fellowship in pediatric cardiology at Duke University Medical Center.

Prior to joining KIDZ Medical Services in 2015, Dr. Pearson was involved in pediatric cardiac research for 10 years. He has a special interest in advanced techniques in noninvasive cardiac imaging by ultrasound. Other clinical interests include perinatal cardiology (fetal echocardiography); chemotherapy-induced cardiotoxicity; and neurodevelopmental outcomes in children with heart disease.

Dr. Pearson is Board-certified in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology, and he is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and American Heart Association. He enjoys teaching and serves as an assistant professor of pediatrics at Florida Atlantic University.
