Emily Newlands is a Program Development Specialist, Taping Team member, and Jazzercise On Demand contributor with over 13 years of teaching experience. Trained in dance, Pilates, and yoga, she holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health. Emily has significantly contributed to Jazzercise programming, including co-creating the Simply Plated nutrition program. She is passionate about travel and connecting with others, grateful for the global community she has met through Jazzercise.
