Emma Brooke is an international creative leader, storyteller, and copywriter with over a decade of experience in bringing brand stories to life through integrated advertising campaigns.

She is a shining example of how to transform a life-long passion for travel into professional success. In 2018, Emma joined GetYourGuide, a leading global travel experiences brand valued at $2bn, where she leads creative storytelling, with a strong focus on US market growth. During her time there, she quickly rose from a brand copywriter to an innovative creative leader, making work about the transformative power of travel.

After graduating from the University of London with a BA (Hons) in Philosophy, Emma set out in search of her passion. She found it as a columnist in Tokyo, Japan, writing about living and working in new cultures. Since then her career has taken her to work in London, Paris, Berlin, and now, New York. All in all, she’s lived in 8 different countries and is an avid solo traveler.

Emma’s career was built on writing copy for leading global brands. Before honing in on travel, she was a copywriter at leading creative agencies such as Leo Burnett and Sapient. There, she created global campaigns for the likes of P&G, Unilever, Mercedes Benz, Samsung, and many more.

Now at GetYourGuide, she's created ground-breaking work in collaboration with The Vatican, MoMA, Empire State Building, The Louvre, and hundreds of other leading attractions. Her latest campaign, Make Memories, was shot on location in Thailand and Barcelona and features a custom orchestral score of Toto’s Africa.

As a self-taught writer and world traveler (without a trust fund), Emma is a passionate advocate for building your dream future by proactively seeking out opportunities and carving your own path. As a Brit working for a European company in the US, she also has a deep understanding of, and love for, cross-cultural collaboration.
