Ere Perez is a Mexican-Australian entrepreneur and the founder of Ere Perez Natural Cosmetics. Her passion for natural remedies was influenced by her grandfather, a traditional medicine man, and her mother, who created home remedies using local plants. In 2002, she established Ere Perez Natural Cosmetics in Bondi Beach, Sydney, blending her Mexican heritage with Australian botanical ingredients to create natural, vegan, and cruelty-free beauty products.

Most recently, Ere's product won Cosmopolitan's Clean Beauty Award for Best Eyeliner in 2025, the second time that product has won that title (first win was 2023). The brand's Coco Crayon was honored with Allure's Best of Beauty Award for Best Lip Crayon in both 2022 and 2023. Additionally, in 2022, Ere Perez Natural Cosmetics was recognized as the Best Natural Cosmetics Brand in New South Wales by the Style & Apparel Awards.
