Eric Easton | Source | Chief Financial Officer at Ampex Brands

Eric Easton is Chief Financial Officer for Ampex Brands, a Richardson, Texas-based multi-unit operator of Pizza Hut, KFC, Taco Bell, Long John Silver’s and 7-Eleven franchises. With 400 locations across the U.S. and revenues close to $500M, Ampex ranks 14th among the nation’s largest multi-brand franchisees.  

Ampex is also the franchisor for Au Bon Pain and owner/operator of Texas-based American bistro concept bellagreen.

Eric oversees Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Supply Chain for Ampex’s family of brands and is actively involved in strategic planning and execution.
Eric advanced through the restaurant industry throughout a 20-year career, holding Finance and Operations roles across privately held, private equity-backed and public companies. He has driven recapitalization, liquidity events, and M&A transactions and played an integral role on the team leading the public offering of Ignite Restaurant Group in 2012. While his expertise is in finance, Eric prides himself on leveraging his operations experience to bring a unique perspective to strategic planning and analysis functions.

Eric is an alumnus of Indiana University – Kelley School of Business. He resides in a suburb of Dallas, TX, with his wife and three children.
