Erik is an experienced software engineer, entrepreneur, and leader who helps clients use complex, innovative technology to drive business value. He directed the development of a complex, high-impact, two-year, $20 million technology road map that enhanced the client’s risk modeling capabilities and reduced technology costs by more than $10 million annually.
Partnering with clients ranging from early stage startups to Global Fortune 1000 organizations, Erik has gained extensive experience with full-cycle software engineering, cloud computing, enterprise architecture, systems integration, distributed architectures, and business intelligence AI/machine learning.
Passionate and optimistic, Erik provides innovation leadership to our Product Experience & Engineering practice. He believes that the more we build innovation in our culture, the better we will be able to positively impact the way our clients think and work.
Prior to joining West Monroe in 2002, Erik was a consultant at Bearing Point and Arthur Andersen. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois, where he participated in the Technology and Management program, which blended curriculum between the Engineering and Business schools.
