Eshani Ewing, MS, RD, LD/N is a registered dietitian at Orlando Health. She works at the Institute for Advanced Rehabilitation, where she provides medical nutrition therapy for patients with strokes, traumatic brain injuries and orthopedic injuries. She graduated from the University of Florida with her masters in Food Science & Human Nutrition with a concentration in nutrition education and wellness. Her areas of focus include diabetes, wellness and disease management/prevention.
