With years of experience as Managing Consultant and Chief People Officer in various global consultancy firms, Estelle excels at defining requirements and behaviors of international talent. She attracts talent with authentic propositions and personal connections, and is passionate about bringing our culture and values to life, and creating an environment for our people to do their best work.

A proud mother, an avid reader and learner, and passionate about her work, Estelle has supported international businesses in their search for rare and exceptional talent. Today, we’re happy to have her as our CPO.
