Hirsch Leatherwood launched at the start of 2021 with a simple concept: An agency didn’t have to offer either savvy media relations or compelling owned media and editorial skills. It should have both. Fast forward three years to a time when outlets from business media to Vice are laying off journalists by the dozen, and that bet looks even more prescient.
