Evan C. Zoldan is a Professor of Law and Director of the Legal Institute of the Great Lakes at The University of Toledo. He researches legislation, including legislative power, the legislative process, and statutory interpretation. His work on legislative power questions whether Congress and state legislatures may target named individuals for special treatment. Professor Zoldan has appeared in the national media, including the Washington Post, CNN, and Bloomberg News. Professor Zoldan is a past chair of the Association of American Law Schools Section on Legislation and Law of the Political Process.
