Felicia Alexander | Source | CRO at TITLE Boxing Club

Felicia Alexander is the CRO of TITLE Boxing Club and Co-Founder of BoxUnion. Her love of community and fitness started at a young age. While her grandfather was an amateur boxer, she didn’t discover her love of boxing until age 16 after the sudden death of her father. She became a regular at a boxing studio in her native of San Diego where she jabbed her way to improved physical and mental health.

A graduate of Stanford University and the UCLA Anderson School of Business, Alexander went on to have a successful career as a sales and marketing executive for companies including Sun Microsystems, Sony, Mattel, and Leaf Group. While climbing her way up the corporate ladder, her passion for fitness remained as she constantly recruited friends and members of her team to come together through fitness.

In 2016, she took a leap of faith and left corporate America to chase her childhood dream of empowering the community through boxing and helping others discover their true greatness through fitness — no matter their age or ability. Alongside her business partner, Todd Wadler, Alexander launched BoxUnion in 2017 which acquired TITLE Boxing Club in 2021 to form the biggest omni-channel brand in the global fitness boxing market. In February of 2022, Alexander was appointed to the Board of Directors for Rock Steady Boxing.
