As EY Americas Chief Wellbeing Officer, Frank works with EY leaders to create a culture of caring that meets the physical, emotional, financial and social well-being needs of EY people. He was previously EY East Region Leader for People Advisory Services, advising clients on organization effectiveness, talent management, culture transformation and leadership alignment matters. Frank also has deep experience in helping organizations manage big, complex change initiatives, particularly in the M&A space.
