Frank co-founded The First Year Forward Foundation with his wife, Meighan, (Frank stayed at home with their daughter for over 15 years which allowed his wife to become the managing partner of Schiller DuCanto & Fleck, LLP, the largest family law firm in the nation. The foundation supports accomplished women navigating divorce by offering practical resources, access to subject matter experts, and community support.
Frank began his career as a Wholesaler, marketing investment strategies for asset management firms such as Merrill Lynch, Blackrock, MFS, and Stadion Money Management. A few years after a Private Equity firm acquired Stadion, he took early retirement to support his wife's career goals by being a stay-at-home dad. After their daughter started high school, he returned to the financial industry as a Private Wealth Manager at Merrill Lynch.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from Marquette University. He has dual citizenship with the United States and Ireland (EU), providing him with an international perspective and global opportunity to advise clients. Frank resides in Chicago with his wife, daughter, and Maltipoo named Peanut Butter.
Outside the office, Frank serves on the Board of Directors and is the President of The University Club of Chicago, where he has been a member for nearly 25 years. He also enjoys golfing, sailing, traveling, and mentoring young people interested in finance and entrepreneurship.
