Fredericka is a Leader, Movement Builder, and Change-maker. She brings more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership and development experience, working on all sides of philanthropy as a nonprofit executive and development professional and as a corporate and foundation grant maker with United Way. In addition to her extensive nonprofit and development experience, she is a trained executive and business coach, holding certifications in economic development, community capacity building, racial equity, nonprofit, human design, and leading critical conversations.
