Garrett is managing partner of Lotis Blue, a SullivanCotter company. He has 25+ years of management consulting experience in complex industries such as technology, fintech, healthcare, industrials and energy. His teams apply data insights and behavioral science to help companies through large-scale organization change involving business strategy development, workforce planning, sales effectiveness, and significant operating model or organization redesign efforts to improve strategy execution and results.

Prior to co-founding Lotis Blue, Garrett led similar efforts at Hudson Human Capital Solutions and MPact Consulting (founded by Garrett and later acquired by Hudson).

Garrett earned a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from University College Dublin, Ireland. Garrett is co-author of Shockproof: How to Hardwire Your Business for Lasting Success (John Wiley & Sons 2011) and has been frequently published and quoted leading business media.
