The silver lining is at the end of 2022 there was a record amount of private equity—approximately $3.7 trillion—that had been raised that needs to be deployed. We expect transaction activity to rebound very quickly in South Florida, one of the top real estate investment markets for both domestic and international investors, once the market volatility has calmed down.
