Georgina Montagu is the Vice President of People at 1E, responsible for driving the people and talent agenda across all global regions. She is passionate about 1E’s greatest assets – its people. Georgina’s experience has largely been within fast-paced customer centric organisations mainly in Retail, before making the move in to IT with 1E in 2019. She has a BCom in Investment Finance, a Graduate certificate in Human Resources, and is working towards an ICF professional coaching qualification. Originally from Australia, her love of travel and sense of adventure brought her to the UK 11 years ago. She now lives in London with her husband and two young sons.
