Giacomo Vigliar is an Executive Producer based in the Los Angeles office of global production studio UNIT9. He works across a variety of projects that span film, experiential, and digital. Born and raised in Rome, Giacomo gained experience across both long- and short-form film production in the United Kingdom. He joined UNIT9 in 2016 and has helped build its global roster of director talent as well as the company's reputation as one of the leading innovation studios worldwide. Now based in the LA office, Giacomo has gained experience across both media production markets, collaborating with some of the leading brands worldwide such as Adidas, Verizon, Twitter, Nike, Hulu, and Uber, among others.
Giacomo has worked on projects that have earned industry accolades, with awards including UK MVA, Berlin MVA, Cannes Lions, Campaign Tech Awards, Creative Circle, OneShows, and Vimeo Staff Picks. He has also served as a judge for AdAge’s Best of Experiential 2019, and is an ongoing judge for the Shiny Awards, helping emerging talent find new representation.
Giacomo holds an MA from the Courtauld Institute of Art, University of London, and is fluent in three languages: Italian, English, and Spanish.
