Before her current role, Gina honed her skills for over 17 years at Fortune 100 companies, such as Ingram Micro and Fluor Corporation. Her MBA from the University of Kansas and her calm demeanor, rooted in Midwest values, make her a relatable and approachable leader. As a mother of 4 teenagers, Gina's blend of strength and warmth guides her leadership, making her a familiar figure in the professional world.
