Bio

Glenn Harte, co-owner of Harte International Galleries began collecting art and antiques 40 years ago. Since then, Glenn has been the agent for hundreds of artists around the world including representation of the art of Anthony Quinn, beginning in 2003, Tony Curtis in 2006 and Sir Anthony Hopkins since 2007.

In 2017, Glenn authored a book called “The Prophetic Imagery of Anthony Quinn”, about a painting by Anthony Quinn entitled, The Facets of Liberty and together with his son Devon, they are finalizing a book about the symbology of Salvador Dali. Today, Glenn assists the research team on biblical art, historical art and religious themes – bringing his personal passion for history and biblical archeology to use in the explanation of religious works by Durer, Rembrandt and Dali.

Today, the gallery owned by Devon and Glenn, located in Maui, specializes in highly desirable, museum quality, historical art, priced from $5,000 to $5,000,000, by Picasso, Chagall, Miro, Matisse, Salvador Dali, Rembrandt, and Albrecht Durer that can find a home with a variety of collectors, including wealthy and entry level, from around the world. Together they have established an unprecedented standard of documenting the works that they sell, and Devon leads a team of curators and researchers that collect the most extensive level of documentation provided in the industry.
