Grant Johnsey | Source | Head of Client Solutions, Banking & Markets, Americas at Northern Trust

Grant Johnsey is Head of Integrated Trading Services (ITS) for the Americas. In this role, he oversees the outsourced trading business in Chicago. His primary responsibilities are oversight of on-going client servicing and business development. Other responsibilities include coordination of activities across Northern Trust, including the NTSI trading desks in Chicago, New York, London and Sydney. The ITS client base encompasses asset managers, hedge funds, plan sponsors and family offices. Previously he was responsible for the institutional brokerage business at Northern Trust, which included transition management, the institutional sales and relationship team, and the trading desk.

Prior to joining Northern Trust, Grant spent over five years in the institutional brokerage. Most recently, he served as Director of Portfolio Trading for Capital Institutional Services. Part of the responsibilities of this position were to develop and grow their program trading and transition management businesses. Grant also worked in London for two years on a global trading desk managing trade operations and settlements.
